January and February can be slow months for some businesses. Every founder faces the same season, and results are measured against each founder's own baseline.

The build day, hour by hour

The build day is a weekday. We built it to be the most useful day of your quarter.

Both cities run from 09:30 to 16:00. The sessions run in this order. Detailed timings to be confirmed.

It starts on time, stays hands-on and ends with drinks at 16:00. Floor coaches work the room at about one per 15 founders during every build lab. Tea, lunch and drinks are provided.

Everything included

Thursday 3 December at Workshop 17 Watershed, Cape Town, or Friday 4 December at WeWork, Rosebank, Johannesburg. Principles, build labs and floor coaches, with tea, lunch and drinks provided.

3

December build support

Two live online build clinics, a help channel and floor coaches, until your system is finished and tested.

4

The Dealmakers systems library

Templates, automations, scripts and recorded training. 6 months access.

5

A sales pod

Six to eight founders with a similar type of sale, with a day-30 check-in.

6

Entry to Prove It

The 60-day dashboard, weekly commitments, a day-60 re-score, eligibility for the R150,000 prize and an Elevated Dealmaker badge for everyone who finishes.

The one-on-one seat (R10,000) adds: Brian's team builds your own system with you, one on one. Your system is fully built by the end of the day, followed by 2 check-ins in January and 2 in March. Limited seats. All prices include VAT.

Guarantee and policies

What we guarantee, and the small print.

Attend the full day. If you do not leave with a first working version of all five parts of your sales engine, we refund your ticket in full.
FAQ

All the questions.

Who is this for?
Founders and owners who already have paying clients and want a repeatable way to find and close more. It is not for pre-revenue ideas.
What will I walk away with?
A first working version of five things: 3 offers crafted, prospecting processes, a sales pipeline with follow-up automations, outreach sequences, and a tracking and reporting system. Together they become one automated sales engine. Then December to finish and test it.
I'm not technical. Can I keep up?
Yes. We provide templates. Floor coaches work the room at about one per 15 founders, and there are two live online build clinics in December.
Which tools do I need, and what do they cost?
We share the tools list and any costs with your booking. Templates are provided either way.
Why does the 60-day window start in January?
Most businesses slow down or close from mid-December. December is for finishing and testing. The 60 days run from Monday 4 January to Friday 5 March.
What if my business is slow in January and February?
Results are measured against your own baseline from intake, so every founder is scored fairly in the same season.
How does the prize work?
R150,000 is shared across the strongest verified results. It is judged on a 100-point scorecard under published rules. Nothing is left to random selection. See the full details.
Do I have to win to get value?
No. Every founder leaves with the built system, the library, the pod and the dashboard, and an Elevated Dealmaker badge if they finish.
How are results verified?
With invoices, bank statements or contracts. An independent accountant verifies the top entries, and every winner in full.
What do I need to bring?
A laptop and charger, your accounts open, and your intake form completed.
What if I can't attend the full day?
The guarantee and the prize both depend on attending the full day. See the Terms for the attendance policy.
Can I send a team member instead?
See the Terms for transfer and team policy.
Is it a networking event?
No. It is a build day. Tea, lunch and drinks are provided, and the drinks come after a day of building next to each other.
What is the refund policy?
If you attend the full day and do not leave with a first working version of all five parts of your sales engine, we refund your ticket in full. For cancellations and other refunds, see the Terms.
Is a weekday realistic for a founder?
It is one working day: Thursday in Cape Town, Friday in Johannesburg. We built it to be the most useful day of your quarter, and it ends with drinks.
Can I join the 60 days without attending the event?
No. The build day, the intake and the baseline are part of entry.
Will I get a VAT invoice?
All prices include VAT. Request a quote or invoice.
What does the one-on-one seat include?
Everything in Standard, plus Brian's team builds your own system with you, one on one, during the day. Your system is fully built by the end of the day, followed by 2 check-ins in January and 2 in March. Seats are limited.
What happens to my data and results?
Your personal information is handled under POPIA. Winners agree that their results can be used in marketing.
